Assignment description

In the role of senior Scrum Master, you will lead a cross-functional agile team within one of the customer's deliveries on site at an end customer in banking & insurance. You will work in a dynamic environment with a focus on improving and streamlining the bank's payment solutions.

Competency requirements

• Experience in change management, process improvement and coaching of teams

• Experience of working in complex IT environments

• SAFe scrum master certification

Meritorious skills

• System development understanding on front-end and back-end including system integration

• Banking and finance sector experience
