Assignment Description – Electrical/Electronic Engineer
Purpose of the Assignment
To lead and perform engineering activities related to the planning, design, development, testing, installation, and coordination of electrical and electronic systems, including automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and develop electrical/electronic components and systems for various engineering applications.
- Lead, conduct, and coordinate complex engineering projects involving multiple disciplines.
- Use software tools and computer applications for analysis, reporting, and technical documentation.
- Provide expert technical guidance to project teams, management, and customers.
- Apply engineering principles and best practices to achieve project goals and ensure compliance with technical standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to align project activities and deliverables.
- Perform advanced technical studies and propose innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent technical education.
- More than 6 years of relevant work experience, including experience in leadership or project management.
- Alternatively, a technical degree with approximately 15 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong understanding of automation systems, electrical design principles, and interdisciplinary engineering processes.
- Proficiency in using engineering and analysis software tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
