Professional Galaxy is looking for a C++ Developer for one of our clients.

Key Position Details:

The need is to support the team during the playback orchestration system migration. The primary focus will be supporting the team maintaining the existing system to mitigate risks as the migration approaches its final months.

Required Technical Skills:

- Senior-level C++ expertise with many years of experience.
- Familiarity with playback and orchestration APIs is preferred.
- Strong debugging skills and a test mindset (a significant amount of time is spent on triaging issues and understanding system design).
- Enjoys context shifting and jumping between projects.

Essential Soft Skills:

-Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to simplify complex domain information for stakeholders.
- Team player who can leverage peers' knowledge.
- "Overcommunicator" to ensure alignment and prevent wasted effort.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in consumer multimedia software
- Experience with car automotive software
- Experience working with app marketplaces on orchestration aspects or managing content restrictions/availability (e.g., Peloton or other entertainment marketplaces).
