We are now seeking an Embedded Software Developer for one of our clients.

About the assignment:

As an Embedded Software Developer, you will play a key role in developing safety-critical, real-time transmission management systems within a modern automotive environment, supporting both ICE and BEV products.
You will contribute across the full development lifecycle—from concept and requirements through implementation, testing, and verification—delivering innovative and high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain control strategies and functions for transmission management systems
-Implement gear shifting functionality for both ICE and BEV applications
-Define requirements, perform implementation, testing, verification, and documentation
-Develop software primarily in C, with additional work in Matlab/Simulink
-Perform testing using unit tests, SIL (Software-in-the-Loop), and vehicle-level validation
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and reliable solutions

Experience
Must Have (Non-negotiable)
-Experience in transmission management software development
-Strong proficiency in C programming
-Experience with Matlab/Simulink

Nice to Have
-Experience with Python
-Experience in embedded software development, control systems, or vehicle development
-Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet)
-Experience with testing methodologies (unit testing, integration, SIL, vehicle testing)
-Experience working with functional safety (ISO 26262)
-Familiarity with internal automotive development tools and processes
