Human Factors Integration (HFI) is the process of applying human factors within complex engineering programs. • Translate user needs into technical system requirements and specifications, ensuring human factors are met and validated.
• Apply a systemic approach to understand the product as a whole and how human factors interact with different interfaces (hardware, software, and operator environments).
• Ensure that a human-centered design process and methodology is applied, taking into account usability, usefulness, physical and cognitive ergonomics and user work environment
• Plan, execute, and document tests to verify and validate system requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for HF issues with internal and external customers, sub-suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Your Profile
To thrive in this role, you are a self-motivated, structured professional with strong communication skills and a confident mindset that enables you to adapt to changing project circumstances.
Experience with Figma and Jira is highly desirable. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a merit. Knowledge of the INCOSE framework, systemic safety, or formal ergonomics evaluation methods (such as REBA/RULA/NIOSH or evaluations using mannequins and VR) is a strong asset.
